Refund policy
RETURNS:
We offer a refund within 30 days of full-sized product purchase, less cost of shipping and handling. After this period, we will not accept refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please notify us via email (hello@thenewknew.com) during that 30 day window and then return item(s) to The New Knew, 3535 Peachtree Rd, Ste 520-1131, Atlanta, GA 30326.
Without prior email notification, we cannot accept returns. Once item is received we will process return, less the cost of shipping and handling. We do not issue return postage or labels; customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
The New Knew is not responsible for packages lost in transit due to the actions of the US Postal Service or UPS.

REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your original form of payment. If you have not not seen your refund within 5 business days after being notified that your refund was received, please contact us at hello@thenewknew.com.
