Q: Can I return or exchange?

A: Yes!

We offer a refund within 30 days of full-sized product purchase, less cost of shipping and handling. After this period, we will not accept refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please notify us via email during that 30 day window and then return item(s) to The New Knew, 3535 Peachtree Rd, Ste 520-1131, Atlanta, GA 30326.

Without prior email notification, we cannot accept returns. Once item is received we will process return, less the cost of shipping and handling. We do not issue return postage or labels; customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.

The New Knew is not responsible for packages lost in transit due to the actions of the US Postal Service or UPS.

Q: Oops! Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but before it arrives to you, please note you will incur a non-negotiable fee of $15.25. This is the charge that USPS will charge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
